You can use Limesurvey as a form building too. Depending on your form, this will work great or might not be the ideal solution.
So you can do it, you can also send the information collected to an email (via the admin notification emails).

I agree, which is why I answered this question. Just to be notified if they post anything else.
The spam links haven't been there when I read it, but I was quite sure it would happen. Will ban them both.
