- Limesurvey version?
- Design template used for the survey?
- Question type?
- How do you want it to look like?

Help us to help you. We don't have a crystal ball that tells us what you see or how you want it to look like.

But: Generally questions are shown one below the other in questionnaires. Limesurvey is not built as a form generator (even if you can use a survey as a form). But it does not have some of the Design features.

Is it doable? Sure! But not out of the box. You will have to work with CSS to position the questions the way you want it.

Changed my mind: Not doable! ;-)

Of course I am half kidding, but given that you don't know what CSS is, means that you will have a steeper learning curve, so it makes it harder to do.

Websites (and at the end of the day a Limesurvey questionnaire is some kind of website) are created via HTML and CSS. HTML structures the content and via CSS you define the Layout and you can position the different bits of content.

For example what Denis wrote is referring to CSS styling.

You don't need to know css for accessing to question advanced setting
www.limesurvey.org/manual/Question_type_...lass_.28css_class.29

But : here, i think you need some css fix even with this …

Agreed, Denis, but experience shows that it is almost never just that. You need to have a little bit of knowledge what CSS is and how it works to get those things running yourself.
