Hi,

We have a old limesurvey account and a new limesurvey site/account

We have already received help from LimeSurvey to transfer all our surveys/ responses to the new site a few months ago.

However, over the last few months some users have received old survey links so their responses have gone to the old site. (It has taken some time to make sure all links people are using are updated with ones linked to the new site)

Is there a way to download and import responses from individual surveys from the old site without overwriting any that may have successfully gone to the new site?

But here : you can‘t be sure is is OK : the first one is same, but the last one can be different, then i think best solution is to
1. export whole VV
2. remove line already in new instance
3. import vv

And the best in your old instance is to disable survey access, you can do it
- without any development : deactivate survey/ expire survey
- with development : remove all content in layout_global to just leave a link to the new survey (and maybe a javascript redirect.
