Hi all,

I have a requirement where the respondent (all of them have an assigned token) must be able to:

• add a new response
• edit a submitted response

I have read some discussions about it but it is not clear if in the version I am using, that is the "Version 3.15.0 + 181008" it is possible to enable this function without installing a specific plug-in.

Is there anyone who has had my same requirement or, anyway can you give me some indication about it?

Adding a new response and editing a submitted response is possible, if

"Adding a new response" is a onetime event.

If you want allow to enter more than one response with the same token, you cannot edit a response correctly (How should LimeSurvey decide which of the responses with the same token should be opened for editing?).

Limesurvey sholud shows to the user, with a specific token, the list of responces were submitted by him and then the user can decide wich response he wants to edit.

As Jelo explained, you can either add various new responses with one token or you can add one response and update it with one token.

It is not possible to have both with Limesurvey.

It's exactly the purpose of gitlab.com/SondagesPro/managament/responseListAndManage plugin.

So, your plugin will show every response with the same token to choose from?
If I have 100 responses with the token"lala", your plugin will list 100 responses to choose from when I reenter the survey with the token "lala"?

You can add an attribute for "group" : each group user have different token, but under options : can have group administrator who can update, read or delete response. Same for user‘s.
