I'm creating a survey where I want the option to skip to a final question if the participants wants to end the survey. For various reasons, I can't use the standard End of Survey text page and it would be very inconvenient to do this via the conditions/relevance. Is there anyway to simply put in some type of link on one question page that would simply skip ahead to a final question without using conditions?
There is no "skipping" in Limesurvey, so you need to use either conditions or relevance equations.
However, I think what you actually want to do is not skipping to the end, but rather set an alternative early end, very much like a screen out, but basically voluntarily.
I think for your case you could use a quota, set it to zero and thus end the interview whenever this specific answer is given. E.g. Do you want to continue? yes/no.
If the person answers "no" the person would be screened out by the zero quota and you can set a different message for these cases and even redirect people to an URL of your choice.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Which is still a pain, when you don't want just an alternative end, but let respondent answer a few questions at the end of the survey. When you already have complex conditions/relevance rules, it can cost hours in LimeSurvey. A skip-to-function would be very helpful.
