export a question with variables was created by Alex_RailConcept
hello,
I have questions with random values in the text of the question. for instance :" is {Myvariablerandom} between 0 and 100?"
When i export the responses of the Survey, i have only one question written with "{Myvariablerandom}" but as MyVariablerandom is random, the question is not the same for each partcipant and i would like to see the value of {Myvariablerandom} for each participant.
So, i would like in the exported file each question corresponding to the answer of each participant, is it possible?
If not clear enought don't hesitate to ask for details.
Thank you in advance,

How do you generate and store "Myvariablerandom"? If it is loaded into an equation type question, it should remain constant throughout a response set.

That way the value of {Myvariablerandom} is saved in the results.

Create a equation question and put {Myvariablerandom} into the question.Alex_RailConcept wrote: and i would like to see the value of {Myvariablerandom} for each participant.

Excuse me, I have one more question if possible :
in a question i have a variable/formule for instance :" have you {variable} …?"
When i want to export the response, i see in the excel the question like : "have you {variable} …?" and not "have you 3 .." for instance if variable = 3.
The same, if in an answer i've got {variable} then in the exported file i ll see {variable} as response and not 3 (for instance).
How can i do it?

It is a variable, therefor It will not show up in the responses, but only in the question where this variable has been created.
