If you add {TOKEN:FIRSTNAME} in end page text directly : did it work ?

If you were on twig : need processString('{TOKEN:FIRSTNAME}')

But for start : try it directly inside end message to see if it's OK.

It's possible than it's OK inside end message but not in twig file : then can report an issue.

You are either not reading what the helpers here write or you are not willing to.

Denis asked you to do a few things and you are ignoring it. How should they help you if you don't help them to help you? As they don't have access to your installation, what do you expect them to do?

They are currently trying to rule out any problems, but you are just ignoring what they are asking you to do, for example putting the code directly into the end message and see what happens. So far you have not presented the result of that.

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Note: I answer at this forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

So, last attempt: put the following code directly into your end message (not in twig!) and nothing else and see what happens:
