is there a way to crypt emails list with a key
and to decrypt for each send.
i imagine a csv with crypt email and a new field when you have to validate to send the email where you can enter the key.

There is no functionality inside LimeSurvey. I don't see an easy way to implement such an encryption in a multiusersystem.
