Hi community, i need to know if this is possible.
I want to create surveys, and before answer the users must login to the system. Then answer the survey and or modify the profile and information data.

You can create a "Register/profile" survey, with allow register and good survey setting. This profile survey can fill the
www.limesurvey.org/manual/Central_Participant_Database
with a plugin.
Maybe set a session var to get the current CPDB user on another part of the plugin (identifing)
etc …
