Hi

I wanted to know for people who are registered as users in our LimeSurvey tool, is there a way to allow them to create a survey without them being able to activate it?

Activation would be done only by a power administrator after survey was checked and approved.

If yes, how could this rule be set up when an account is first created?

If a script is required, do you have a script and where to add it?

Not out of the box, but you can create a plugin using www.limesurvey.org/manual/BeforeHasPermission

( agood idea for a sample plugin …)
