I have a radio list and of course know how to insert the value of the chosen answer in another question. but is it possible to get the code of the answer?

I do not fully understand your question but... if you have a list question "q1" and 1 - Dog, 2 - Cat and choose Dog:
Code:
{q1.NAOK} would be 1
{q1.shown} would be Dog
