I am wondering whether there is a function to enforce whole numbers only on the ‘Other’ answer choice option in a List(radio) Question type.

I know that, under Advanced Settings there is the function ‘Numbers only for ‘Other’, but I am wondering if there is a way to enforce numbers with no decimals, and include a tip for respondents.
