Ahoi,
just tried another instance with MySQL and the problem is gone. For my case, this is a solution.
Would you mind taking over doing the bug report as I don't have an account in your Mantis and am unsure where to file it?

What should he fix? I posted the screenshot for the threadstarter to point him to the reorder function.

Since the bugreport about question order and PostgreSQL is submitted, I'm fine.
