Hi guys, I need to find out whether there is a limit for the size of files that can be uploaded, when you have such a question/request in a survey?
Thanks in advance. :)
I'm using the latest LS 3.22 hosted on LS servers, not installed locally.

I am not aware of such a limit in Limesurvey itself. But I am sure your webserver installation will have come limits configured. So it depends on your installation, I guess.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Well, I'm using the pro version and it's on their webservers. I've tried to search through the manual but couldn't find anything on it.
I'm using the latest LS 3.22 hosted on LS servers, not installed locally.

You can always open a supportticket.

Beside a limit per upload (which support can answer you), there is upload storage. There is a limit depending on your survey package.

Basic: 250 MB upload storage
Expert: 1 GB upload storage
Enterprise: 3 GB upload storage
