you are free to change the translation file.

1. Download the tranlation file (*.po) here:
www.limesurvey.org/community/contribute/translations-status
2. Download and install poedit.exe
poedit.net/
3. After you edited your translation, save. You also will get an (*.mo) file
4. Upload this mo-file to the respective language folder "locale/[languageID]" of your LS installation .
