Hello!
I would like to include a proficiency test in my survey, which takes the form of a cloze test / fill in the blanks.
So basically there is a text with some spaces (corresponding to a word being not displayed), and participants have to fill in each gap with the appropriate missing word.
I can't find any user-friendly way to do that.
I have a developper helping me with this, so if you have a solution with html-coding, that would also work.
Alternatively, I have seen that on another platform that I just discovered, they have this cloze-test question format as a standard format. So I tried to create my question on their platform (see picture attached) and then export is, but the file that I got ws a xml file and not a html one. Is there, by any chance, anyway to integrate an xml section into Limesurvey?
You can't import or export survey files from one platform to the other. They are generally using completely different engines and aproaches. So you must stick to one or the other. They might both create .xml files, but they can (and probably will) be in a totally different format.

Somewhere in the forum there should be a solution by Tpartner, if I recall right. But I don't know what to search for to find this again. Was probably months or even years ago and might be for an older version.
