Is it possible to edit survey participant on a running survey (closed group with tokens) ?
When I change the e-mail of a participant and press the "start" button, nothing changes.
I have used both Firefox and Chrome on LimeSurvey Version 2.59.1+170116.
Your version is more than one year old! Please update to the most recent version of the 2.7x branch (which should be 2.73 and see if things work there.
If it is an actual bug and not a problem with your configuration it might be long solved. So first update and then check if the problem still persists.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
