How does one get rid of logo and exit and clear option in latest 3.x release?

I added the below to custom.css with no effect:

.navbar-default .navbar-brand .navbar-fixed-top {
display: none;
}

.brand-logo {
display: none;
}

with theme's options
www.limesurvey.org/manual/Theme_options

Actually the Exit and Clear Logo was only hidden on the PC browser. On a mobile device (iPhone with safari) the menu still exists. Help appreciated. Thanks.

that could be a good option to add to the general settings of a survey...

For now, you can remove the link from the theme itself:

1. Extends vanilla or fruity
2. In theme editor, open the file "nav_bar.twig"
3. Delete the line: 4. save
