Is there any way I can pre-fill questions with tokens enabled?

I am wanting to pre-fill a question in the survey using the URL, which works fine when not using tokens, however when I enable tokens the pre-filling no longer works.
Note that I need the respondent to manually enter the token at the start of the survey rather than pre-filling token with the URL.

How about using token attributes to set default answers for those questions?

I think Tpartner's solution is the only that will work, if you require respondents to type in the token. Because the url variable will be lost at that point, I think.
