At present in drop down only 250 values are allowed to bind. Please let me know how to increase this limit.

I suppose your other question refers to that.

No, it is not.

So you should think about a different design of your questions.
E.g. Multi level with "main catagories" and "sub categories"

Or if possible, use a short question text with "autocomplete". In the last weeks there were a lot of threads about that.
