I'm tying to figure out how to create 360 feedback surveys in Limesurvey. Any tips on how to go about this?

LimeSurvey isn't offering 360°-style surveys out of the box.
From time to time a user modified LimeSurvey in quick and dirty way to get some kind of a 360° survey done.

I'm not aware of a workaround for the current LS version.
