Hi, after a participant has finished the survey, I'd like to show him his own results. Is there a possibility to list all questions along with the participiant's answers, the right answers and an additional explanation text for each question?

Sorry I'm new to LS and could not figure out if this is possible with LS and how it can be done.

It's possible, but it take time.
