Can I show some multiple choice answers based on other answers, in same question

This is a interesting scenario. We'd like to have a multiple choice question that asks:
"How did you hear about us?"
The answers would include things like: Radio, TV, Print.

If the participant selects TV, we'd like to list the 4 different TV ads we run -- but we'd like to show those answer options underneath TV, in our single multiple choice question.

I know we can do this with two questions, making the 2nd question conditional on the option TV being chosen, but we'd like it to actually be part of the single question.

Any way this can be done?
