I want to run a survey with ~100 pictures where participants are requested to vote [1] on one at a time. Randomization of the sequence is necessary not only for balancing the sequential bias but also to get enough answers on all items. That makes the approach with one group per item not working. Guess the page break [2] is still not implemented, what can I do?

Why?
You get a randomization of groups by giving all groups the same name in "randomization group".

As I understand your problem this should do it.

That might work, yes. Would be easier with switching from "Group by group" to "Question by question".
