OK, I did a quick test with a zero quota and it worked as expected and I was redirected to the screenout link. So this is not a general bug, but something wrong within your survey. We now just need to find it. ;-)

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Problem found. You and me made a beginners mistake when testing the quota. The survey needs to be active for quotas to work. I have tried it with my simplified example of your quota (I still think that your screening quota are defined wrong!) and it redirects to Google.com when you click on the last item in the first question. As it should.

So, now I just need to split the quota 1 by 1 since if it is combined, it is read as AND not OR, right?
