Can anyone help me how to copy text (questions and answer labels) from MSWorld into Limesurvey? The original questionnaire is in World, but 'traditional' copy and paste does not work for me when trying to create questions in Limesurvey. Is there any other solution than retyping manually the questions and answer labels? This would help a lot.

Copy the text into a plain-text editor like Notepad++ and then copy it into the survey.

Tony, thanks for the fast reaction. It does not work for me either. The text I copy (either in World or in Notepad) gets to the Clipboard, but it seems that my browser (Internet Explorer) cannot reach the Clipboard. Maybe it is a security setting that can be turned off? How?

It seems that this problem comes from Limesurvey, because I can paste text from Clipboard into Internet Explorer windows with different urls (eg.into webmail), but not into Limesurvey Question and Labes windows. Does it work on your computers, can you paste text from World into Limesurvey windows?

Here is the solution
Copying from Clipboard, then pasting works in Firefox, but not in Internet Explorer (though customised security settings allow for using the clipboard in general).

send a bug report to Microsoft
