Is there any feature to set timing for survey, say for this survey I will set 300 second for making answers.
And all users who passes that survey see some countdown on the page...
No, not out of the box. There is a timer for certain question types, but not for the whole survey. There might be some workarounds, but I am not aware of anything.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
