This sounds like something that should be done in post-survey analysis but I suppose you could use Expression Manager to load an equation type question with those values.

I always wonder how you analyze something like this, if it is not in separate columns. I know that there are tools out there that export it exactly that way, but I find it totally nonpractical. But I guess there must be some advantage to it.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
