I would like to know whether one can have multiple language versions of my actual questions in a survey.

Is is possible for one survey to preset my questions in either of the target languages? I assume that is is not possible. So I should set-up two parallel surveys and then combine the data manually afterwards.

(I have found good documentation on the multiple languages for the surveys which covered the default text for the welcome and survey flow. I would like to know whether I can set up the survey content in multiple languages as well.)

Hi,

Yes, this is possible to create multilingual surveys. In general settings of the survey you can choose additional languages. Then when creating or editing new groups and questions you will have additional tabs for text in those languages. Both for question texts and subquestions and answer options. For subquestions and answer options you can use "quick add..." option to easily add items in several languages at once.
