I'd like to know if it's possible to create a quiz that when the user choose the wrong answer the system shows to the user the correct one and how to do that.

Hi,
After the quiz question I would create an additional question of a "Display text" type and set the relevance equation to show the question only when there is a wrong answer in the quiz question.
