Is it possible to limit template edition just to its creator (owner)?

Apparently, templates permissions (on/off) issued to a survey administrator don't restraint him to access (edit) other people's templates.

As far as I know, no, they get access to all or none.

There a specific part for template permission : you can uncheck global Permission (it's the same than Survey Permission : apply to whole permission)
ANd check each template needed by user.

But template don't have 'owner' and 'read only' system : make a feature request or find a way for plugin.
