I had go through the Offline survey app. In that there is a by default android survey for a demo. I had review that survey and the UI for that survey is superb. So can it be possible to use a question type like Audio recording, Bar-code reader, Capture Image etc. If it is there to use in lime survey then that will be helpful for me.

I was in search of bar-code reader question type but it is avail in offline survey. So how to use it in lime survey.

As far I know lime survey does not have this kind of question, the only mobile support I know is the template which is responsive for mobile browser.

These questions that you are mentioning are questions specifically developed for the Offlinesurveys-App and only work on Android devices together with the APP, as far as I know. I also think there are technical limitations to use those questions on anything else than a mobile device with Android, as they make use of Android functions. However, you should ask this question in the Offlinesurveys forum section here, because there might be a good chance that you get a more definite response from the developers of the Offlinesurveys app.

holch is absolutely right about this. The bar code question type is a special Android multimedia question type (check www.offlinesurveys.com/add-android-multimedia-question for more information) which is only available for the OfflineSurveys Android app.
