I would generate an array looks like this :

HOT										COLD

Is that possible ?

yes it is possible and easy.
Sometimes it is called "Semantic Differential" and you find this in the manual

Just take a normal question "array"
In "Subquestions" you use the pipe-Symbol to enter your two points "Hot|Cold"
In "Answeroptions" you enter the "9 7 5 ..."
Beware to enter the answer codes to your needs in analysis.
