Hello everyone!

I have created a private survey where I manually add people (email, name and my own token) into.
I now have to change this survey to allow public access, since some of my informants need to register themselves. So I will send the URL to them instead.

Can I do this without loosing those responses I already got?
What will happen to those new tokens? I still need a certain token connected to one and each that self register.

I read that but it doesnt say anything about the responses I already have in my survey. I cant afford loosing them if I change to public.

You don't need to de-activate the survey to make that change, therefor no data will be lost.

Having said that, it's always a good idea to back up the data before making any changes - www.limesurvey.org/manual/Exporting_resu..._and_VVImport_.28.29 .
