I just found out about Datastudio. I haven't had the time to research it more indepth, but it seems to be able to connect to MySQL and might be a good solution to greate Dashboards for surveys.

Did anyone try this with Limesurvey already?

I was excited about the possibilities, but I was unable to build a connection on two different servers:
1. The first:

Currently this connector does not support SSL. Be careful with the data you send.

Yes, I run SSL on my hosts! Seriously Google, you don't support connecting with SSL.

2. The second is a development environment, not SSL, but on a subdomain. Permission denied. This is not a LimeSurvey installation, just trying to make the connector work.

Looks promising, I would love to see this work, but until SSL support is added, I can't get started. Not sure why Google, i.e., www.google.com/ , doesn't support SSL. :(

I know the post from Ben_V, I am subscribed to it. But Ben_V was working with Google Sheets, this here is a specific reporting / dashboard tool that is currently in beta. So I am not sure how this relates except for being both from Google.
