This would be part of a access panel management software, while Limesurvey is a survey (data collection) software. There is a very basic "panel management" implemented, but it is what it is: basic.
So if you want to setup something like a panel, you will need to have another software for that. You might experiment with open source community software like Buddypress. But be aware that this will not be a simple setup thing. There is a lot of stuff involved.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
