Im trying to do what appears in images, I found some instructions, after trying thought many ways looks impossible. Basically we have five array questions as part of one question group. Each sub-questions have different answer questions. Please see

not directly related to your question, but I just wanted to warn you that such big arrays can't be used with smartphones.

This is possible yes, you would like to set up an array (numbers) question and present it as dropdown in advanced settings and then modify the text with javascript. See tony's answer here: www.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-this-w...dropdown-boxes#58296
