Is it possible to have only the e-mail?
Or, not to record people but nevertheless to take their e-mails to send an e-mail of confirmation to them ?
because I want to be able to forward to them the e-mail of confirmation at the end of the questionnaire.
If it is just the email you want, then make the first question a question for the email. You can pipe this email address via expression manager into the email field where the confirmation emails are sent.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

You would normally place the questioncode of the textquestion (which is asked by you to capture the emailaddress) in the email field of the conformation email settings. Try {questioncode} in the settings while replacing questioncode with the actual value.
It that isn't working please tell us which LimeSurvey version/build you're using. Just in case there is a bug around that workaround.
