Hi,

I would like to use limesurvey like a customer service.
Is this possible to generate a number for each participants?
And to put it in the e-mail sent at the end of the questionnaire?

Limesurvey already creates this number, which is SAVEID, you should be able to send it in the email as well {SAVEDID}.

there is also explained what SAVEDID is.

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
