Can 10 different candidates do exactly the same random generated group of questions?

Or can I save a random test to give it to 10 different candidates?

This is because I want to evaluate 10 different candidates but I want them to do the same test so it can be fair. But I have 100 questions and I want to select randomly 20 questions and all the candidates should do these 20 questions, the same ones.
