radio button styling was created by vama

Hi,

I need to do modifications for radio button in the survey as the attached.
I tried doing in CSS and works well, but for NPS question the code does seem to work (radio button is in table th)
can you pls with this

What template?
What is a "NPS" question?

Version : 1.87
NPS question is the radio button 1-10 rating.Pls find attached
In template.css I have done css coding using jsfiddle.net/viralpatel/p499h/ to hide radio buttons
Sorry I cannot send a test survey.
