Found several forum posts similar to what I am trying to do but could not get it to work on my end for the answers. I am using 'Array dual scale' and want to show dynamic text when I I hover over each of the radio buttons for the answer selections (please see screenshot below). Could someone please give me some detailed step by step instructions on how to accomplish this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your quick response. I got the JavaScript mouse-over working on the answer labels (i.e 'Initial'), but I need the mouse-over when the user point to the radio buttons.
