I am using the 2.50+ with a (simply) customized template on the basis of the default template.
The survey runs well on the computer, but if I read the invitation mail with my Android mobile and I follow the survey link, using Chrome, LS tell me that he's sorry but I have not permission to do this operation and makes me not to enter.
Is this normal? I searched for an ipotetic Limesurvey App, but nothing. Or simply I must use a specific template for surveys conducted on mobile devices?

That doesn't sound like a template problem. Is the token being appended to the survey URL on your phone?

I think it was because the survey was not activated. When I activated, the survey ran on the mobile too. Before this not, also changing templates and using new ones. But using the PC the survey runs also if not activated (that is useful to make tests during the creation of the survey).
