Hide Tips not working for Numerical Input type question

Hide Tips not working for Numerical Input type question was created by expertsudhir
Lime Survey version: 2.05+ Build 141003
Hide Tips on question which type is Numerical Input is not working.
If Hide Tips is "No" it displays as it should be.
If Hide Tips is "Yes" it displays the tip in Red Color.
Any solution for this?

You can hide that tip in the template or use jquery to hide it. But is it actually the same tip that displays with "No" or "Yes"?
