I have created an online survey. Can I create a common password protected function for all users for accessing the survey?

There is no password question type as such, but you can use a short-text question and do one of two things...

1) Set the validation on that question to match your password
2) Set relevance of all subsequent questions/groups to that question to matching your password

Or,

Add a token table + one token with use left at 1 000 000 000, and set the token value to YourPassword
Set survey settings to disable token-based response persistence

How can it be done?

With admin GUI : follow the step

On General Settings of the specific survey? I can't find it.

For token : you need to click on "Participant table".

For survey : i give you the link .
