Do surveys produced by LimeSurvey satisfy the WCAG (W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines: www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20/ )?

Not with LimeSurvey core.

BUT : using LimeSurvey 2.06 + framagit.org/SondagePro-LimeSurvey-plugin/moreAccessibility (and extensions.sondages.pro/skeletonquest/ )
You produce WCAG survey. If not : please report bug on framagit.org/SondagePro-LimeSurvey-plugi...Accessibility/issues
