I have a large survey running. At the end of it, I would like to be able to provide a link to a page for anybody and everybody to be able to view the full results. Ideally, in expert mode where they can make use of the filters etc.

Is this possible?

Not in LS core actually without plugin.

Maybe with www.limesurvey.org/manual/BeforeHasPermission plugin you can do it .

You can use the public statistics. But you will not be able to filter.
