Get value from first group question and alert in another group was created by amritdeep

Suppose In my First group, I have a question

Q1: Loreum ipsum......?
Yes/No

In my Last (10th) group I have a question

Q10: Loreum ipsum. Loreum ipsum.. Loreum ipsum...?
Yes/No

Now my question is : If user select 'No' (in Q1), then answer of 'Q10' (which is in another group) will be automaticaly 'No' and hide the option 'Yes'.
