Greetings, we are a small charity and therefore very cost conscious. We are looking to use a survey tool so looking at what is available and have a couple of questions which would be great if we could get answers /input to :

1. What are the costs involved to use to use this tool if any ?
2. We are looking to create the survey content which will be around 16 questions completed by approx 200 people
3. How is the post survey data fed back to us ?

1. No cost for the application, just download and install on a web server. Only cost is for hosting and, if needed, for the person installig this for you, when you are unable to do this yourself.

3. Once people have filled in, you can download the responses from the application in CSV (for Excel) or in SPSS/R/Stata format for further statistical analysis.

You are right. Limeservice also has LimeSurvey installed. All you have to do is design your questionnaire and make sure that your population fills it in. No hassle with installing etcetera. And not expensive...
