I am triying make a survey with certain conditions but I can't, I checked this forum with other examples without lucky , I hope you can help me .

I have two questions:

The first question is array by column, where:

Answer options : A1, A2, A3, A4 ... A14
Subquestions: 1, 2, 3

The customer has to qualify the 3 most important.

The second question is array by column, where:

Answer options: (Here, I have to display only the 3 answers the customer had selected from the first question)
Subquestions: 1,2,3

I have the version 2.50.
